Extremely strong and durable due to their all bolted construction, our 3.5-6.0t Rigid Curtainsiders are custom-built to your company’s needs on a secure base frame made from steel or aluminium.
Where possible, all ancillary items are galvanised to the same standard as the body superstructure to increase the lifespan and enhance the aesthetics. We offer a 5-year warranty as standard on the main superstructure.
Our larger 7.5t-32t Rigid Curtainsiders also offer a choice of aluminium or steel base frames. Manufactured by teams of highly skilled engineers, quality and strength are guaranteed by over 45 years’ engineering experience.

Designed and engineered to withstand the demands of your operation, our bonded van rigids offer you a range of panels to choose from. Whether it’s Glass Reinforced Plywood, a selection of lightweight alternatives, or 8mm thin-wall steel-skinned panels, we work with you to maximise the payload volume of your body. We offer standard or low height platform chassis cabs alongside the steel or aluminium base frames. As with all our rigid truck bodies, we offer a range of bespoke solutions and the option of customised design to suit your operational requirements.
Our larger box van rigids are built to last with strength, durability and reliability at the core of the design. Bonded up to 18T as standard, which reduces the weight of the rigid and in turn improves fuel consumption and payload volume.
Versatile and configurable to your needs, our dropside rigids are built upon various chassis types with features that include beaver-tails or front, mid or rear mounted cranes. A host of health and safety features ranging from work safety lamps and fall prevention systems, through to high visibility handrails and cameras, are available as ancillary options.
All bolted construction increases the lifespan of the dropside rigid and extends to the fully galvanised subframe that comes with pre-drilled and fabricated sections manufactured before the body of the vehicle is even assembled.
