From the options you have, we can increase the internal load space by up to 24mm – which allows you to squeeze every little bit of payload from your trailer. The beauty of our solutions is that in the event your body is damaged, the panels are easier to replace – which reduces the time it’s off the road.

Load Securing

We offer a variety of load securing options for our Box Van Trailers. You can choose from LoadLok 1806, Tie-Rails or 3009 Combi-Track and that’s just a small selection. Ultimately, your operation dictates our solutions.

Coupling Options

At Lawrence David we offer three types of coupling – Fixed, Sliding or our exclusive Curved Coupling. If you care about getting the most out of your trailers, we recommend the Curved Coupling – designed with health, safety and efficiency in mind.

Minimal External Fixings

We believe that the quality of the finish matters as much as the quality of the build. With minimal fixings, there’s less opportunity for water ingress which will naturally improve the lifespan of the trailer. Our aim is to offer high quality aesthetics, without sacrificing durability or quality.

Key Features

Integral Steel 225mm Deep Kick Strip
225mm deep, the kick strip offers increased protection for the sidewalls of the trailer against pallets, roll cages and MUs. It can’t be ripped off as it’s welded to the trailer’s cross members for maximum strength.
500mm Front Trailer Upstand
Designed to stop pallets from ‘popping’ the front bulkhead, this upstand offers greater structural integrity to protect your trailer from wear and tear.
Quality Management Systems
All our products are designed and manufactured to align with Type Approval requirements. We operate under a quality management system that conforms to the standards of ISO 9001:2015.
Steel Bottom Corner Protection Plate
Helps reduce damage to corner capping as it is the first point of contact underneath the trailer.
External Fit Front Corner Cappings
We don’t rely on the strength of capping alone. Our rigid box van trailers have an internal skeleton of steel gussets that are full height in the corners.
Powder Coated Alloy Cappings
The Powder Coating is etched into the alloy making it more resistant to damage and scratching. It’s also rust-proof for added protection.
Reinforced Rear
Fully welded rear and end gussets result in a stronger body. This means it’s more resistant to shocks taken through the chassis when dock loading.

75mm Radius Roof Rails
With a choice fibreglass or alloy roof skin, we guarantee no water ingress as they are fully sealed all around with alloy cappings.
Full 3D Solid Modelling & Design Database
Our 3D Solid Modelling software give us total control over the components used to build our bodies, so we know the parts fit right the first time. We manufacture most components ourselves – quality comes guaranteed.
Interior Lights
Full length, low profile LED strip lighting gives an even distribution through the interior and will still operate in the event a small section is damaged.
Multiple deck options available
We offer a choice of Fixed Decks (as either a step-frame or straight-frame), Hydraulic Lifting Decks, or MUD Trailer Tri-Deck Suspension. Your operation dictates our solutions.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Returns Policy
  • In the event that you would like to return any parts to us, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Failure to do this will result in your returns claim being rejected.
  • In the unlikely situation that you have been sent faulty or incorrect parts, again you must notify us within 14 calendar days of your purchase so that we can arrange collection of your parts at our cost. We will then organise a refund or replacement parts dependant on your preference.
  • Non-account refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment and will be processed no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your return.
  • If you have ordered incorrect parts or you would like to return any parts for any other reason than stated above, it will be your responsibility to organise the return of these parts at your own cost. Contact us if you wold like a quote for a collection.
  • All returned parts MUST be in good, re-saleable condition.
  • Responsibility of all parts will remain with you until all parts are received and signed for by a Lawrence David member of staff.
How do I return my parts?
  1. Please call us beforehand to notify us of any parts that you would like to return.
  2. Ensure that any returned items are sent via recorded delivery to obtain a proof of delivery should it be required.
  3. Ensure that the parcel(s) containing your returned parts are clearly marked with your company name and your order reference to ensure a speedy turnaround. A copy of the original delivery note with the goods would be ideal.

Warranty returns
  • Lawrence David offer a standard 1 year warranty on genuine LD parts. We do not offer direct warranties for any other parts offered on this site. However, most genuine parts offered do come with manufacturer warranties and we are happy to help liaise with the manufacturer of the part should you need to make a warranty claim.
  • Please note that Lawrence David will not cover any labour costs incurred under warranty. However, if the manufacturer is happy to accept liability under their warranty policy and is happy to reimburse any monies, we will duly pass this on.
  • Should you wish to discuss a warranty return then please do not hesitate to call us.
