In partnership with all our clients we work together to make sure every piece of equipment is compliant and serviced within the required operator's licence. Once completed we then load these documents on to our VOSA audited website where we allow customers access.

We regularly audit works and maintenance undertaken by our agents and employees in partnership with the FTA to ensure that our maintenance standards are met or exceeded and therefore provide total peace of mind for our customers.

LOLER Regulations

The duties placed on people and companies who own, operate or have control over lifting equipment. This includes all businesses and organisations whose employees use lifting equipment, whether owned by them or not.

LOLER regulations state each tail lift should be serviced at a minimum 26 weekly intervals by a competent person, and preferably someone different to the usual person responsible for the maintenance and repair.

At LD Asset Management we recommend a service schedule of 17 week intervals to ensure you always remain compliant.

You need a goods vehicle operator's licence (O-Licence) if your business uses goods vehicles above a certain weight.

You’ll need a goods vehicle operator’s licence for a motor vehicle and trailer combination if:

a) the motor vehicle and the trailer(s) are plated and the total of their gross plated weights is more than 3,500 kg or

b) the total unladen weight of the vehicle and trailer combination is more than 1,525 kg.

All O-Licence holders are responsible for the servicing and maintenance of the trailers linked to their O-License.

Our bespoke system ensures your compliance, safety and minimises downtime based on your individual requirements.
