At Roscope we've always been able to produce out of the ordinary presswork and fabrication to meet the needs of our customers.

Working in steel, aluminium and stainless, we're able to produce any profile or fabrication from the simplest specification to the most complex and detailed configurations.

Today, we still offer everything to the same exacting high standards for press, profile, punching and guillotine, but we've added something exciting.

A combination of precision machine design and state-of-the-art laser technology, the Trumph 3030 3.2 kW CO2 laser cutting centres adds an extra dimension - including intricate curves and circles from sheet metal and plate - as well as flexibility and sophistication of output. Working from CAD drawings at DXF standards via email and able to handle all industry standard graphic files, we can offer a cost-effective, quick turnaround, metal forming and fabrication service.

• Highly skilled local Labour force.
• 7000 square feet of fabrication Area. 150 tonnes of raw material stocks on site in a wide variety of gauges, resulting in significantly reduced lead times.
• Standard industry drawing formats manipulated to suit the manufacturing process, greatly reducing set-up time and potential for errors.
• Roscope can operate 7 days a week with the potential for up to 6 night shifts during peak periods.
